The Coalition of Haliburton Property Owners' Associations (CHA) is a member-driven group of approximately 50 property owners' associations, representing more than 120 waterbodies and 15,000 shoreline properties from across the geographical limits of Haliburton County, in Ontario Canada. Paudash Lake Conversation Association is 1 of the 50 property owners’ associations in the CHA!

On September 10th the Coalition of Haliburton Property Owners Association (CHA) secretary will retire.

The C.H.A. cannot operate without people in this vital volunteer position. Their need is urgent.

Here is a summary of the position:

Secretary

Responsibilities:

1. Have charge of all minute books

2. Prepare meeting minutes of all Director and Member meetings and assist with agenda preparation

3. Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be assigned

Qualifications:

1. Ability to communicate and relate effectively to CHA Directors and Board Members

2. Ability to accurately record and transcribe minutes of meetings

3. Knowledge of MicroSoft Word and Excel; as well as Adobe, E-Mail, etc.
